Job Duties: Proactively find and develop prospective clients (prospecting) — actively seek new potential customers who can apply for credit/financing. Conduct credit feasibility surveys — visit applicants' homes/locations directly to verify submitted credit data. Perform credit feasibility analysis — evaluate applicants' ability and character based on survey data to support approval decisions. Explain, offer, and recommend Adira financing products to prospective customers according to their needs and product profiles. Establish and maintain relationships with partner dealers/showrooms (PKS) — serving as a liaison between Adira and dealers to ensure smooth customer acquisition. Document and report survey results through the system completely, accurately, and in a verifiable manner. Monitor the credit application process — from submission, credit decision process, through approval status. Communicate and negotiate additional terms with prospective customers based on credit feasibility analysis results. Process new debtor credit applications through to completion with full administration. Achieve financing/sales targets set by the company (individual and team achievement). Coordinate with internal teams (branch, credit analyst, collection) regarding processes and customer application follow-up. Qualifications: Minimum high school (SMA), D3/S1 in any major. Open to fresh graduates. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, integrity, diligence, thoroughness, and honesty. Own vehicle and active SIM A/C required. Placement: Adira Finance Kudus Branch
