Role: Recruitment & Training Supervisor The role combines talent acquisition and employee development, focusing on strategies to attract qualified professionals while creating learning programs that strengthen team capabilities. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for hiring across the organization - Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and selection - Work with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements - Run employee onboarding programs to integrate new hires into company culture and their roles - Design, develop, and deliver training and development programs addressing employee skill gaps and organizational goals - Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, including return on investment - Maintain recruitment and training records, including candidate databases and employee development files - Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency assessments, and stakeholder consultations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field - Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources - Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a logistics or operational setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage employees at all levels - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and human resources information systems (HRIS) - Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting - Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal) To apply, submit your updated curriculum vitae and any supporting documentation.
