Key responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to produce, distribute, and maintain documentation covering Finished Goods, Product & Packaging, BOM, Petty Cash, and Sample Purchase Guarantee BOM data is entered into the system accurately and on schedule Ensure Sensory Panel tests are carried out properly and within the required timeframe Acquire samples, materials, and equipment for R&D Support through marketplace channels or the PR process Arrange package delivery in coordination with stakeholders Compile and input supporting documents for Petty Cash Qualifications Proficient in using Office Apps Good communication skills and strong motivation An educational background in Administration, Chemical Analysis, or Food Engineering is viewed as an added advantage
