Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in early childhood or preschool teaching; demonstrated classroom leadership and coordination abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact effectively with teachers and parents; genuine interest in child-centered and play-based learning methods. Responsibilities: Ensure students' safety, comfort, and well-being within the classroom; assist students during learning activities, play time, breaks, and routine transitions; help students follow instructions and take part in learning activities; keep the classroom organized and conducive to learning; supervise the class for short periods when the Head Teacher is temporarily unavailable, following clear guidance.
