They are seeking Crew members who are disciplined, quick to learn, and ready to deliver concrete results through quality customer service. Position: Outlet Crew – Operations Division. Reports to Outlet Leader. Location: Outlet. Status: Daily Worker / Part-time (maximum 20 working days per month). Coverage: approximately 1–3 outlets. Main role: Serve as part of an outlet team responsible for producing products and delivering quality service every day. Emphasis is placed on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction rather than merely completing routine tasks. Key Result Areas (KRA): Product & Service Quality (Operational Impact, Daily): Serving products with consistent taste and appearance standards, and attending to customers and drivers quickly and courteously. Indicators: Rating ≥4.7/5, order errors <1%, serving time ≤5 minutes. Compliance & Outlet Cleanliness (System Adherence, Weekly): Maintaining work area cleanliness and following SOPs during every shift. Indicators: Cleanliness audit ≥90%, SOP compliance 100%, on-time attendance ≥95%. Ideal candidate profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in F&B operations or retail. Education: minimum high school/SMK or equivalent. Disciplined, responsive, and able to work quickly. Prepared to work in a shift system. Results-driven and customer satisfaction-oriented.
