Responsibilities: Operate digital printing production machinery following SOP and work instructions. Inspect machine condition before and after use. Configure machines according to job type, materials, size, and production requirements. Ensure printed output matches the work order in terms of dimensions, quantity, color, materials, and production quality. Monitor the production process and ensure the machine runs smoothly. Perform periodic quality checks on output to prevent errors or rejected products. Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and condition of the work area and machines. Carry out basic machine maintenance according to procedure. Immediately report any issues, machine breakdowns, or output that does not meet standards. Coordinate with the production, finishing, and related departments to ensure work is completed on time. Able to work based on production targets and deadlines. Qualifications: Minimum education of SMA/SMK. Experience as a machine operator is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and willing to undergo training. Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Has physical stamina and can work in a production environment. Able to work with targets and deadlines. Willing to work overtime when required. Has basic ability to understand work instructions and inspect production output. Maintains a good work attitude and can uphold work quality.
