Position: Onboarding Collaborator – Manado at PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia Qualifications: At least completed high school (SMA/SMK); active students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Interest in the fields of sales, recruitment, marketing, customer acquisition, or operations. Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with new people. Willing to participate in field/offline activities such as canvashing, booth activation, and events. Familiar with WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and basic administrative applications. Detail-oriented in data entry and administrative tasks. Proactive, initiative-driven, and open to learning new things. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong follow-up skills and persistent when contacting prospective drivers. Willing to work with targets and dynamic activities. Responsibilities: Assist the team in finding and contacting prospective drivers through various channels including WhatsApp, phone calls, communities, and field activities. Collect and record prospective driver leads and follow up to gauge interest and help increase the number of registered drivers. Assist prospective drivers in the registration process by providing information on requirements, document completeness, and onboarding stages. Help verify the completeness of prospective driver data and documents before passing them on to the next process. Help arrange interview schedules, send reminders to prospective drivers, and ensure candidates receive necessary information. Input and update data on leads, registrations, interviews, and candidate status on the tracker or system being used. Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports related to acquisition activities, number of leads, follow-ups, registrations, and interviews. Support the execution of offline driver acquisition activities such as booth/event, canvassing, and activities in potential areas. Help approach prospective drivers in the field and explain basic information about the program. Help build communication with communities or local parties that have the potential to become sources of prospective drivers. Perform administrative and other support tasks related to Driver Acquisition activities as directed by the supervisor.
