Willingness to carry out field/offline activities such as canvassing, booth activation, and events. Familiarity with WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and basic administrative applications. Attention to detail in data entry and administrative work. Proactive, initiative-driven, and open to learning new things. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong follow-up skills and persistence in reaching out to prospective drivers. Willingness to work with targets and dynamic activities. Job Descriptions: Assist the team in searching for and reaching out to prospective drivers through various channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, communities, and field activities. Collect and record prospective driver leads and carry out follow-ups to gauge interest and help increase the number of drivers registering. Assist prospective drivers with the registration process by providing information on requirements, document prerequisites, and onboarding stages. Help verify the completeness of prospective driver data and documents before passing them on to the next process. Help arrange interview schedules, send reminders to prospective drivers, and ensure candidates receive the necessary information. Input and update data related to leads, registration, interviews, and candidate status on the tracker or system in use. Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports on acquisition activities, number of leads, follow-ups, registrations, and interviews. Support the execution of offline driver acquisition activities, such as booths/events, canvassing, and activities in potential areas. Help approach prospective drivers in the field and explain basic information about the program. Help establish communication with communities or local parties that have the potential to become sources of prospective drivers. Carry out administrative tasks and other support duties related to Driver Acquisition activities as directed by the supervisor.
