Location: Banjarmasin Requirements: Minimal SMA/SMK; open to active students or fresh graduates. Interest in sales, recruitment, marketing, customer acquisition, or operations. Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with new people. Willing to do field/offline activities such as canvassing, booth activation, and events. Familiar with WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and basic admin applications. Detail-oriented in data entry and administration. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new things. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Good follow-up ability and persistent in contacting prospective drivers. Willing to work with targets and in a dynamic activity environment. Job Descriptions: Assist the team in finding and contacting prospective drivers through various channels including WhatsApp, phone calls, communities, and field activities. Collect and record prospective driver leads and perform follow-ups to assess interest and help increase the number of registered drivers. Assist prospective drivers in the registration process by providing information on requirements, document completeness, and onboarding stages. Help verify the completeness of prospective driver data and documents before forwarding to the next process. Assist in scheduling interviews, sending reminders to prospective drivers, and ensuring candidates receive necessary information. Input and update lead, registration, interview, and candidate status data on the tracker or system used. Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports related to acquisition activities, lead numbers, follow-ups, registrations, and interviews. Support the execution of offline driver acquisition activities such as booth/event, canvassing, and activities in potential areas. Assist in approaching prospective drivers in the field and explaining basic information about the program. Help build communication with communities or local parties that could become sources of prospective drivers. Perform administrative tasks and other support related to Driver Acquisition activities as directed by the supervisor.
