The company offers dozens of high-quality, innovative chocolate products in various formats, sold through its own brand stores and distributed to specialty cafes, hotels, upscale grocery stores, numerous online sales platforms, and duty-free outlets throughout Indonesia. The company is seeking a Marketing Manager with the following qualifications and job details. Job Responsibilities: Develop a marketing strategy. Analyze current and potential markets and trends, coordinating all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and an increased rate. Produce the annual Marketing Plan, marketing budgets, and forecasts. Create, implement, and oversee communications and campaign programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and others. Analyze and establish copywriting standards for all marketing assets, including supervising the photographer and/or videographer. Manage vendors related to marketing programs, campaigns, and promotional activities regarding events, including procedures, administration, and communication between related parties. Oversee marketing department staff in their daily work performance, ensuring that project and department achievements and goals are met while adhering to the approved budget. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Management, Communication, or Public Relations. Strong leadership skills. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Follows digital marketing trends and related developments. Able to analyze trends, viewers, and followers in the market to produce the right content for the right market or audience. Strong social media knowledge and experience. Multitasking, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
