HIRING: PRODUCT SPECIALIST – MICROSOFT SOLUTIONS, placement work-from-office at Central / North Jakarta. About the Role: This role involves developing Microsoft business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and positioning Microsoft solutions to address customer business and technology needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and Cloud solutions, along with experience in sales, presales, or solution consulting. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage the Microsoft business pipeline and identify opportunities from existing and new customers. Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue, contract value, and gross profit targets. Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Security Solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements. Support Proof of Concept (POC), workshops, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. Manage customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop sales enablement materials and conduct internal/external knowledge-sharing sessions. Build and maintain strong engagement with Microsoft and its partner ecosystem. Support Microsoft principal programs, accreditation, and partnership initiatives. Support cloud business readiness and capability development across Modern Work, AI, Security, and Cloud Solutions. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT sales, presales, product specialist, solution consultant, or Microsoft-related business. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Security Solutions, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, Microsoft Licensing, Solution Architecture Awareness, and Presales Methodology. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-facing skills. Able to understand customer business requirements and translate them into appropriate technology solutions. Commercially driven with strong relationship-building and business development capabilities. Experience working with Microsoft, distributors, partners, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem is highly preferred. Willing to work in Jakarta and able to join ASAP / by October 2026.
