Mining industry client seeking an IT Admin/Technical Writer based in Pondok Indah, Jakarta. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 2–3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or Technical Writer. Must have hands-on experience producing technical documentation or technical writing for enterprise systems including HRIS, WMS, and DMS. Should be capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, well-organized content and working with cross-functional teams such as Developers, QA, UI/UX, and PM to maintain accuracy, consistency, and usability across documents. Documentation should aim to improve user experience and lower support workload. Working knowledge of Notion, Jira, Draw.io, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Canva is required. Preferred additional skills include Documentation Architecture, Content Structuring, User Guide Creation, HTML/CSS, and Content Writing.
