Responsibilities include gathering data, business concepts, and property development/trends while executing selected property concepts and business models; conducting market research on players in the property sector (developers and contractors) as well as analyzing market potential and property needs; mapping suppliers and material/equipment providers for property requirements; identifying company SOP needs and creating SOPs aligned with company priorities; managing, processing, and archiving company documents for Business Unit (BU) Dewata (incoming/outgoing mail, contracts, invoices, etc.) in an organized and systematic manner; drafting and preparing contract documents (sale and purchase agreements, cooperation agreements, NDAs, powers of attorney, etc.); preparing presentation materials, reports, and supporting documents; serving as the communication liaison between the Director and internal parties; managing meeting minutes and handling correspondence via email, telephone, and official company mail; coordinating with other teams (Board of Directors, Admin, HR, Finance TLab) to ensure smooth administrative processes; and carrying out administrative duties, operational monitoring, and report preparation. Qualifications: minimum D3/S1 degree in Economics/Architecture/Civil Engineering/Management with a GPA of 3.15; 1 year of experience; proficient and fluent in Ms. Office and Google Workspace; capable of and accustomed to using AI; able to maintain confidentiality of company, client, and partner data.
