Maintain relationships with trade unions. Oversee and manage daily employee-related matters including bipartite/tripartite meetings, prayer room, sports, ceremonial events, canteen, and polyclinic. Serve as a mediator in resolving employee issues and offer counseling. Conduct exit interviews and handle related administration. Deliver socialization and regulatory oversight of PKB, HR Policies, and Company Policies. Track and renew employment permits, K3 certifications, and other related documents. General Requirements: Applicant must hold at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law. Must understand Labor Law, including both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Minimum of 3 Year(s) of relevant work experience required for this role. Capable of working both independently and within a team. Should be resilient and possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to be assigned to Purwakarta.
