Oversee and put into practice HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the company meets its targets in line with established procedures. Main responsibilities include carrying out safety patrols and safety inspections at the facility and project site, assisting with customer requirements for pre-qualification tenders, project HSE plans, PJA, and WIP, delivering HSE training, socialization, and briefings, performing environmental analysis and submitting reports to the government, as well as preparing the investigation process and reporting occupational accidents to the Disnaker. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field and have 3 years of work experience at the same level. Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, and 20000-1, along with SMK3 and telecommunication standards, is required. The ability to identify hazards related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection (K3LL) within the scope of work is necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and reporting capabilities are needed. Preferred candidates reside in the Papua area for placement in Jayapura.
