Job Title: Safetyman. Company: PT. Mytech. Engineering. Core Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, developing safe working procedures and implementing required modifications, staying current with health and safety legislation to ensure compliance, verifying proper and safe installation of equipment, drafting reports, bulletins, and newsletters, performing risk assessments, recognizing potential hazards, identifying methods to mitigate risks, coordinating with relevant authorities, organizing and attending health and safety meetings, safely managing hazardous substances, compiling statistical data, providing recommendations following accidents or incidents, maintaining awareness of developments within the profession, delivering presentations to groups of employees and managers, offering health and safety training programs for employees and managers, investigating and recording incidents, accidents, complaints, and cases of ill health, developing internal health and safety policies and strategies, and establishing safe operational procedures. Requirements include a minimum D3/S1 education level, a bachelor's degree in a health, safety, or environmental field of study, x years of experience in health and safety, an HSE Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, in-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures, proficiency in all Microsoft Applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organization skills, good analytical skills with the ability to think critically, good public speaking skills, and leadership skills.
