Key Responsibilities — Recruitment and Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and screen candidates for a range of operational and technical positions; manage job postings, candidate shortlisting, and initial interview processes. KPI and Performance Management: Collaborate with management to develop and monitor performance benchmarks; assist in tracking and following up on weekly performance reports. Training and Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and oversee onboarding sessions and training programs; develop and refine training materials together with the team. General HR Support: Manage HR-related administrative tasks including contracts, leave tracking, and internal communication; contribute to building systems, SOPs, and feedback mechanisms that foster a strong team culture. What You’ll Bring: A background in HR, recruitment, or people operations (including small team or freelance experience); proactive communication skills with no hesitation to ask questions or follow up; strong organisation and self-management, with a preference for checking off task lists and improving systems; the ability to work remotely, manage tasks independently, and keep the team updated.
