BaliSuperHost is a hospitality company operating in Bali, focused on delivering quality service and maintaining attractive, welcoming properties. The company is hiring a Gardener Staff to join the team and support the upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include maintaining and caring for gardens, plants, and lawns through watering, pruning, planting, and fertilizing; keeping outdoor areas clean and visually appealing; assisting with landscaping tasks when required; and reporting plant or garden issues to the supervisor. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of gardening experience or in a comparable role, possess good knowledge of plant care, landscaping, and garden maintenance, be hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented, be able to work independently and as part of a team, be physically fit for outdoor work, be available to start immediately, and be willing to work in Ubud.
