Provide coaching and training sessions, including serving as a buddy for MT Akademia to improve their teaching skills and effectiveness under the Academic Team's guidance. Offer consulting to students or parents together with Student Advisor(s) to present possible pathways for students to reach their academic goals and maintain strong students-parents engagement to support student renewal. Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students address academic issues and offer solutions. Take part in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and work with the regional team to exchange best practices and contribute to educational initiatives. Teach students directly in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to serve as a good example for MT Akademia. Meet a minimum number of sessions as specified, covering CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions. Build strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations. Create teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning as needed. Requirements: Have experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success, with at least 1 year of experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Possess a strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Demonstrate innovative and creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
