This role involves delivering coaching and training sessions, serving as a buddy to MT Akademia to support their teaching skills and effectiveness with guidance from the Academic Team. You will consult with students or parents alongside Student Advisor(s) to explore possible pathways for achieving academic goals and maintain good engagement to ensure student renewal. Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) will be conducted to help students address academic issues and receive solutions. You will participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions, collaborate with the regional team to share best practices, and contribute to educational initiatives. Direct classroom teaching will be required, ensuring quality instruction and engaging learning experiences while serving as an example for MT Akademia. A minimum number of sessions must be fulfilled, including CBC sessions and classroom teaching. You will maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations. Developing teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation is also part of the role. Applicants must have experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation, a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, and at least 1 year of teaching experience at a school or courses with a proven track record of success. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate across teams and departments, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, and innovative and creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches are expected.
