Job Descriptions Provide coaching and training sessions, acting as a buddy for MT Akademia to strengthen their teaching skills and effectiveness under the Academic Team's guidance. Conduct consulting for students or parents alongside Student Advisor(s) to identify possible pathways for students to reach academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement for student renewal. Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students tackle academic issues and offer solutions. Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to exchange best practices and support educational initiatives. Deliver direct instruction in classroom settings, providing high-quality teaching and engaging learning experiences to serve as a good example for MT Akademia. Complete a minimum number of sessions as specified, covering CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions. Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations. Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning as needed. Job Requirements Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success, at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Have innovative and creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
