Job Descriptions Deliver coaching and training sessions, serving as a buddy for MT Akademia to improve their teaching skills and effectiveness under the Academic Team's supervision. Carry out consultations for students or parents alongside Student Advisor(s) to offer possible pathways for students to reach their academic goals and sustain positive students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal. Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students tackle academic issues and provide them with solutions. Join CBC (Class by Class) sessions and work with the regional team to exchange best practices and support educational initiatives. Teach students face-to-face in classroom settings, maintaining high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to serve as a good example for MT Akademia. Complete a minimum number of sessions as specified, which includes CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions. Keep strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations. Create teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and improve student learning, as needed by Job Requirements Have experience teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Possess previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Demonstrate a strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Have innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
