PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara operates copper and gold mining operations in Indonesia with a long-term projected mine life supported by processing stockpiles. The company is recruiting experienced professionals to support its Mining Fixed Processing Plant and Mineral Processing expansion project for the following positions: Process Maintenance Electrical Superintendent, Senior Engineer – Electrical Process Plant, Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance for Flotation, Grinding Mill, Overland Conveyor and Primary Crusher, and Pebble Crusher and Screen. Educational requirements vary by level: Superintendent, Coordinator, or Engineer positions require a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power, Industrial, or Electrical Systems); Supervisor positions require a Diploma in Electrical Engineering; Trade Mechanic roles require Senior High School or Vocational School qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Experience requirements: Superintendent candidates need 10–12 years in electrical maintenance/engineering including 5 years of senior supervisory or leadership experience or 3 years as Superintendent or Section Head. Coordinator candidates need a minimum of 8–10 years in electrical maintenance/engineering including 5 years in a supervisory role or at least 2 years in a similar role as Senior Supervisor or Coordinator. Supervisor candidates need a minimum of 8 years in electrical maintenance including 3-5 years in a relevant supervisory role aligned to the applied area such as Flotation, Grinding Mill, Overland Conveyor and Primary Crusher, or Pebble Crusher and Screen. Candidates should have experience in large Process Fixed Plant, Mineral Processing, Mining, Cement plant, Oil and Gas, or Heavy Industry environments. Core must-have skills applying across Superintendent, Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Supervisor levels include strong capability in electrical maintenance execution covering PM, PdM, and CM along with shutdown planning and control to minimize downtime; strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for motors, transformers, MCC and switchgear, power distribution, VSD and VFD systems with ability to conduct and validate RCA and implement corrective or preventive actions; strong knowledge of power distribution and plant electrical assets covering HV, MV, and LV systems, switchgear, breakers, transformers, motors and drives, protection and coordination systems; strong HSE compliance including PTW, LOTO, and governance requirements with Superintendent scope also enforcing SOP, JSA, HIRADC and authority to stop unsafe work; and strong stakeholder coordination across Operations, Engineering, HSE, and contractors or vendors with performance reporting and documentation discipline. Role-specific must-have skills: The Fixed Plant Electrical Superintendent role requires proven experience with Siemens GMD, multi-brand VSD systems, Flotation, Filter Plant, and HV breakers up to 33 kV, managing critical spares and materials while endorsing performance improvement recommendations, plus skill in using CMMS such as SAP, Pronto, Maximo or equivalent for planning, monitoring, and reporting maintenance activities. The Senior Engineer – Electrical role requires strong knowledge of power systems across 150 kV, 33 kV, 11 kV, 6.6 kV, and 3.3 kV, protection and coordination, transformers, generators, grounding, UPS, LPS, harmonic filters, power flow simulations, and GIS/AIS; experience leading testing, inspection, and commissioning activities such as insulation resistance, winding resistance, TTR, secondary injection, VLF, DGA, BDV, and contact resistance while ensuring FAT and SAT acceptance; familiarity with standards including IEEE, IEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, OSHA, ASTM and relevant Indonesian regulations along with change management, driving RCA and FMEA to optimize PM, PdM, and spares strategy; preferred exposure to ABB or Siemens GMD and advanced systems such as Multilin GE, Siprotec, RET, Simocode, VSD brands, and tools like TIA Portal, Starter, Simotion Scout, Digsi 5, IBA Padu, and 800XA. Area-specific supervisor skills: Flotation supervisors need expertise in MV and LV distribution, MCC, VFD and soft starters, transformers, and power panels for flotation circuits along with electrical interface with PLC/DCS and supporting utilities including blowers, slurry pumps, reagent dosing, and dewatering. Grinding Mill supervisors need expertise supporting electrical maintenance for grinding and milling area equipment, MV and LV systems, VFD, MCC, ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams, and perform troubleshooting and RCA. Overland Conveyor and Primary Crusher supervisors need strong industrial electrical expertise covering MV and LV, MCC, conveyor electrical systems, crusher electrical drives, VFD and soft starter, PLC/SCADA interface, and electrical protection systems while managing backlog and schedule execution with cross-functional teams. Pebble Crusher and Screen supervisors need experience in electrical maintenance for milling and processing equipment including large motors, variable speed drives, control systems, and UPS, supervising craftsmen, troubleshooting, and work order and cost review for improvements. Trade-level Electrician Process skills require a valid Electrical Work License or nationally recognized electrical certification, strong use of hand and power tools, test equipment, meters, and calibrators, ability to follow technical instructions and basic electrical drawings, experience in calibration, troubleshooting, basic rebuild and maintenance of switchgear, motors, and instrumentation devices, strong safety awareness, ability to work independently and in teams, with mentoring capability when needed. Good-to-have qualifications include reliability tools and structured analysis such as RCM or FMEA with strong equipment performance analytics to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization; commissioning documentation discipline covering handover dossiers, method statements, and QA/QC records with coordination with EPC vendors and commissioning teams particularly for Senior Engineer scope; CMMS proficiency with SAP, Pronto, Maximo or equivalent for work orders, planning, monitoring, reporting, and documentation control; ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams with strong reporting and computer literacy; exposure to inspection and condition monitoring practices including analysis basics and equipment condition checks along with maintenance performance reporting; and experience managing contractors or vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. For Coordinator, Supervisor, Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Electrician positions, candidates need a valid electrical work license or national certification such as SKTTK Electrical, Professional Engineer, or AK3 Listrik, plus High Voltage switching certification, with safety certifications such as Electrical Safety, LOTO, and Working at Heights being desirable.
