Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers (students/parents) as well as active customers. Identify educational needs and challenges faced by prospective customers. Provide appropriate solutions through educational products/services. Carry out sales activities including presentations, consultations, follow-ups, and closing. Achieve sales targets both individually and as a team. Participate in promotional activities such as school events, seminars, or education booths. Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major. Open to fresh graduates; experience in sales/telesales is an added advantage. Confident, target-oriented, and highly motivated in sales. Possess strong negotiation skills. Willing to work under a target-based system with shifting schedules.
