Monitoring student learning progress and conveying relevant information to the Academic Team, as well as carrying out necessary follow-up actions. Building positive relationships with students by providing motivation, mentoring, and consistent support throughout the learning process. Guiding prospective students and delivering required information to support the sales process. Offering direction, feedback, and solutions to students so they can reach their learning targets. Achieving targets for presentations, student engagement, and sales in line with company targets. Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 graduate from any major. At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in the education sector, English course industry, or startup environment is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize work effectively. Capable of communicating well in both Indonesian and English. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
