Responsible for overseeing and improving online store operations on the Shopee platform. Handle product listings covering descriptions, photos, pricing, and categories aligned with sales strategies. Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of sales performance across each platform. Design and roll out online promotional strategies including discounts, flash sales, vouchers, and product bundling to boost sales conversion. Carry out competitor and market trend research to guide pricing strategies and product positioning. Manage and optimize digital advertising on Shopee to drive traffic and sales. Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order processing through delivery. Track product inventory and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Analyze sales data and customer insights to produce performance reports and offer improvement recommendations. Oversee product reviews and ratings, including addressing customer complaints to preserve the store's reputation. Keep informed about the latest trends, new features, and policies on each e-commerce platform. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Supervisor. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Familiarity with managing digital advertising through Shopee Ads. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with sales targets. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments. Proficiency in English is a plus.
