Seeking an experienced, strategic, results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and improve online sales channels with emphasis on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and digital distribution platforms. Primary Responsibilities: • Handle and refine all OTA channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, Tiket.com, etc.) as well as the direct web booking engine. • Create and implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies together with the Revenue team to optimize RevPAR and occupancy. • Maintain rate parity, room availability, and consistent updates of content, visual assets, and descriptions across every digital platform. • Review market trends, competitor strategies, and online sales performance through weekly and monthly analytical reports. • Organize and carry out digital promotions, strategic OTA campaigns, and visibility enhancements across all online sales channels. • Sustain solid, professional relationships with Market Managers at all key OTA partners. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of verified experience in a comparable position (E-Commerce Manager / Assistant Manager) specifically within the hospitality industry (Hotels/Resorts/Villas). • Thorough knowledge of the OTA ecosystem, Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Central Reservation Systems (CRS). • Robust analytical capabilities with a strong base in Yield & Revenue Management and a target-driven approach. • Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written). • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
