Responsibilities include carrying out ongoing sales processes according to established rules and targets. Explaining, offering, and recommending financing products clearly in line with existing customers' needs to drive repeat orders. Processing consumer credit applications by completing and verifying the completeness and validity of customer documents and inputting initial data. Under certain conditions, conducting surveys on consumers and entering survey results into the application system while adhering to applicable rules and policies. Monitoring and communicating the progress of credit applications, credit decision outcomes, and important information regarding credit agreements to dealers and consumers. Maintaining good relationships, following up on good customer data, and ensuring accurate customer data updates in the system. Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in any field. At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an added advantage. Experience in telesales and telemarketing is an added advantage. Understanding of multifinance business processes and target-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation ability, integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
