Responsible for tracking and analyzing food cost, beverage cost, COGS, and operational expenses to keep them aligned with company budget and targets. Oversees raw material pricing and usage while checking purchasing and inventory processes. Produces cost control reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with suggestions to improve cost efficiency. Works closely with Operation, Kitchen/Bar, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure cost control effectiveness and SOP implementation. Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Management, Hospitality, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience as a Cost Control specialist, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry. Solid understanding of Food & Beverage Cost, COGS, inventory, stock opname, variance analysis, and menu costing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Detail-oriented, analytical, and honest with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to coordinate across departments and work toward targets and deadlines. Experience with POS, inventory, or accounting systems is a plus. Currently residing in Bali. Available to start immediately.
