The Content Moderator ensures a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and maintaining community standards, playing a key role in content quality and preventing the spread of inappropriate or harmful material. Responsibilities include reviewing all user-generated content across the platform such as text chats, images, videos, and comments; assessing whether content complies with community guidelines, making appropriate judgment calls, and removing material that violates standards; managing content safety for short-video products to ensure legal compliance; applying a deep understanding of policies and procedures with swift action to identify and removing inappropriate content before damage occurs; handling inappropriate content reports in line with company policy; coordinating with supervisors on content violating community guidelines and updating operational standards; auditing content received for sharing on social media uploads; reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices from end customers regarding incorrect decisions on copyright work materials; and reviewing and updating content on popular social media platforms. Required skills and experience: a vocational certificate or higher in any field; interest in spending time watching social media feeds is considered an advantage; ability to withstand potentially sensitive content; strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a minimum of B2 proficiency, with the ability to speak, write, and understand Javanese considered a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply; the ability to start immediately is an advantage.
