We are seeking a hands-on and creative Content Creator to support the entire content creation process, covering idea brainstorming, material preparation, and the development of content that is fresh, relevant, and engaging for the audience. This role requires someone attentive to social media trends and online brand communication. Key responsibilities include generating new social media content ideas, translating concepts into clear content plans, assisting with material preparation for production, producing short-form video content, staying current with social media trends and formats, collaborating with the team from concept to final output, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, visual identity, and objectives, and managing multiple content tasks while meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate is proficient in English in both written and spoken communication, creative in developing engaging video and content ideas, able to organize materials for production, familiar with social media platforms and current content trends, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work independently and manage deadlines is required. Prior experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing is considered a plus. Candidates must be willing to work with a flexible WFH/WFO arrangement depending on project needs. Beyond content creation skills, we value someone who is curious, proactive, and engaged in the process. It is not necessary to know everything; what matters is eagerness to learn, experiment, and create content that people genuinely want to watch.
