Assistant Manager Role Based in Bali | Sadus Tiles is a handmade cement tiles factory located in Bali, Indonesia, operating as a sister company of Darmada Eco Resort. The company designs and produces unique handcrafted cement tiles used in villas, resorts, cafés, and design projects throughout Indonesia and internationally. The position involves supporting day-to-day business operations under the Manager, covering production, sales, customer relations, and team coordination. Key Duties: - Supervise daily activities across production, sales, and administrative functions - Manage production timelines to guarantee orders are completed on schedule - Develop and sustain solid relationships with clients and suppliers - Address inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders - Lead and motivate the staff - Track inventory levels and oversee stock management - Compile regular reports for management Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or management capacity - Excellent communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Well-organized with strong attention to detail - Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace - Interest in design, craftsmanship, and artisan products - Added advantage for experience in interior design, hospitality, or building materials - Must be based in Sidemen Bali or open to relocating What Is Offered: - Creative and inspiring workplace environment in Bali - Competitive salary determined by experience - Growth potential within a dynamic and passionate artisan business
