Assistant Manager needed by Darmada Eco Resort, part of the Darmada Group — a company rooted in Balinese culture, sustainability, craftsmanship, and meaningful experiences in both hospitality and design. The position supports day-to-day operations across production, sales, administration, and team coordination, working closely with the Manager to ensure clients continue to receive quality products and service. Key responsibilities include assisting in daily business operations, monitoring and coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards, building relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, supporting sales team with inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups, managing and motivating the team to maintain a positive and productive environment, helping develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock management with the production team, supporting marketing efforts including social media coordination and client communication, preparing reports and updates for management on sales, operations, and team performance, and representing the company professionally in all client and partner interactions. Requirements: minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in manufacturing, retail, interior design, or a related field; strong leadership and communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia; highly organized with excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; a genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and artisan products; experience in the interior design, hospitality, or tile/building materials industry is a strong advantage; based in Bali.
