Job Responsibilities: Keep customer relationships (Distributor, Dealer) within the assigned area. Perform data analysis and segmentation to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors in order to create targeted marketing campaigns. Establish, organize, and sustain customer (Distributor, Dealer) activities and develop initiatives aimed at increasing market share. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and in an orderly manner. Understand how to grow business and be capable of setting a business plan for the working area. Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in B2B and within the power tool/hand tools industry is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong motivation, ambition, and sense of ownership. Highly entrepreneurial and proactive. Willing to travel for business purposes. Working location: Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta.
