Job Responsibilities: Manage client complaints, inquiries, and requests regarding their apartments. Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, making sure their needs are addressed and they stay satisfied with services. Guide clients through the post-lease transition, including coordinating move-in arrangements, utility transfers, and other related services. Deliver customer support and act as an interpreter among clients, agents, and technicians. Aid the Marketing team by preparing property listing submissions, validating client documents, consulting with clients, and attending property viewings alongside them. Compile daily, monthly, and annual reports on after-service activities, including analysis of problem occurrence trends for each apartment. Handle data entry for after-service tasks and analyze related data. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, customer support, customer service, tenant relations, or hospitality. Prior experience in the property or real estate industry is a strong advantage. Knowledge of properties in Jakarta and willingness to commute daily as needed. Fluency in English is required. Japanese language proficiency is beneficial (minimum JLPT N3). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong work ethic, responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing well under pressure. Willingness to work hard to meet targets and deadlines.
