Responsibilities: • Supervising cashier operations, customer orders, and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly in the POS system • Managing stock administration, checking incoming goods, inputting data, and ensuring availability of goods and raw materials • Handling customer reservations and assisting with event coordination to ensure all activities run smoothly • Managing store product administration, including stock monitoring, product display, and goods ordering submissions • Creating employee work schedules, monitoring attendance, and preparing attendance and overtime reports • Managing petty cash, operational fund submissions, payment reconciliations, and ensuring all transactions are recorded properly • Compiling daily operational reports, sales reports, transaction reports, refund reports, and operational issue reports • Helping ensure all administrative and operational needs of the outlet are carried out effectively and well organized Qualifications: 1. Female, aged 20–35 years 2. Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent 3. Minimum 2 years of work experience 4. Able to operate Microsoft Office especially Excel 5. Detail-oriented, neat, and responsible 6. Good communication skills 7. Able to work as a team 8. Able to work alongside colleagues with disabilities 9. Tangerang domicile preferred 10. Willing to work full time Placement area: Karawaci, Tangerang. Working hours Tuesday–Sunday, 10:00 – 20:00 WIB.
