Own and manage the Accounting and Tax functions, maintaining accurate financial reporting and tax compliance. Handle monthly and annual closing processes, financial statements, tax reporting, and statutory reporting. Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements. Work with external auditors, tax consultants, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders on accounting and tax issues. Lead the Accounting and Tax team, driving process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation, with 10+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated managerial experience. Thorough knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation regulations, financial reporting, and audit processes. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting/ERP systems. Good English proficiency is required.
