Responsibilities • Serve as the primary companion for couples throughout the wedding preparation process. • Conduct meetings and consultations with clients to understand their wedding concept, needs, and budget. • Create a wedding preparation timeline and ensure each stage proceeds according to schedule. • Coordinate with all vendors including decoration, catering, makeup artists, photography, entertainment, venue, and others. • Assist clients in deciding on the event concept, rundown, and execution details. • Ensure all client needs are properly documented. • Follow up regularly with clients and vendors. • Attend technical meetings and site visits before the event day. • Oversee the event on the actual day to ensure it runs according to the rundown. • Handle any on-site issues quickly and professionally. • Prepare an event execution report after the wedding is completed. Qualifications • Aged 22–35 years. • Minimum education of SMA/SMK (D3/S1 is an advantage). • Prior experience as a Wedding Planner, Event Organizer, or in hospitality is an advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good problem-solving abilities. • Neat, courteous, and confident appearance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays according to the event schedule.
