Responsibilities: Managing daily warehouse operations, including staff attendance and scheduling; conducting recaps and checks of incoming and outgoing goods; leading and coordinating Quality Control (QC), offload, and sales divisions; ensuring QC processes for electronic goods (phones/laptops) meet standards; coordinating offload processes with relevant divisions; liaising with the sales team regarding stock availability and needs; managing on-site operational escalations; responsible for implementing and executing SOPs in the field. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a phone/electronics store or warehousing; accustomed to working with electronic products (phones/laptops); experience leading teams, particularly in the Quality Control (QC), offload, and sales divisions; meticulous, disciplined, and experienced with recapping and checking incoming and outgoing goods; able to coordinate with various divisions regarding warehouse operational needs.
