Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor - English Speaker at PT. KOPI BINTANG INDONESIA Job Descriptions: 1. Supervise and manage Central Warehouse operations, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, Stock Accuracy, Warehouse SLA & KPI, and warehouse productivity and efficiency. 2. Plan and arrange delivery schedules from Central Warehouse to branch warehouses/hubs and directly to stores, ensuring the correct products arrive on time and in line with operational requirements. 3. Coordinate delivery priorities, shipment schedules, vehicle availability, capacity, and delivery requirements with logistics vendors and internal Operation teams. 4. Track delivery execution and proactively address issues that may affect warehouse or store replenishment. 5. Work closely with Operation, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, Sales, SCM, and other departments to maintain smooth end-to-end operations. 6. Support and coordinate warehouse operations across Indonesia, covering Medan, Palembang, Tangerang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Samarinda, and Banjarmasin. 7. Monitor warehouse and distribution performance while identifying areas for process improvement, cost efficiency, productivity, and SLA enhancement. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations. 2. Experience managing or supporting multiple warehouse locations is highly preferred. 3. Solid understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution Planning, Warehouse KPI & SLA. 4. Experience using WMS and ERP systems. 5. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. 6. Strong communication and coordination abilities with Operation, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, SCM, and other cross-functional teams. 7. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with logistics vendors, 3PL providers, and other business partners. 8. Willing to travel to warehouse locations across Indonesia.
