Main Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including logging items entering and leaving the warehouse. Arrange and optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and product accessibility. Verify and perform quality control on received and outgoing goods. Prepare detailed and accurate documentation for shipping and receiving of goods. Monitor stock periodically and produce inventory reports for management. Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety standards and warehouse procedures. Utilize warehouse management systems and related software for data recording. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics or other relevant educational background. Minimum 1 year of experience working in warehouse, storage, or distribution fields. Strong administrative and data management skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Proficient in using warehouse management software and ERP systems. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with proficiency. Good communication and coordination skills for team-based work.
