Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous, professional, and anticipatory service to guests. Accurately and promptly take and deliver drink orders. Process payments and tab settlements correctly. Keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and safe. Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members including bartenders, security, and waiter/waitress staff to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a waitress or server, ideally in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests and colleagues. Ability to perform efficiently while remaining composed in a fast-paced, noisy, and high-pressure setting. Familiarity with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Basic math skills along with experience using POS systems and managing cash transactions. Capacity to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods throughout shifts. Willingness to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
