Kekua Villa Management is seeking a motivated Villa Acquisition Executive to grow their portfolio of managed villas throughout Bali. Key responsibilities include finding potential villa properties, establishing relationships with villa owners, evaluating properties, pitching management solutions, and securing exclusive management agreements. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, is people-oriented, and has a genuine interest in Bali's hospitality and property sector. Preferred qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, experience in Villa Management or Real Estate Agency in Bali, solid knowledge of occupancy, ADR, rental pricing, and property investment, fluent English (particularly when dealing with expatriate villa owners), and an existing network of villa owners, agents, or property developers in Bali.
