Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in any major. Experience as an Area Supervisor / Store Supervisor / Operational position is preferred. Background in the F&B industry, retail, or companies with outlet operations is considered an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Able to use computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willing to work on a mobile/rotating basis. Responsibilities: Ensure all outlet operational activities run in accordance with company SOPs, standards, and established targets. Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation for outlets and teams to maintain performance and work discipline. Familiar with KPI systems, evaluation, and area team performance reporting. Quick to respond to on-site issues and able to provide efficient and practical solutions. Coordinate with related departments to support smooth outlet operations and resolve field issues. Prepare and monitor operational reports on a regular basis and convey evaluation results to supervisors.
