Trade Marketing Executive – PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Create and carry out trade marketing programs aimed at boosting sales growth, product penetration, and customer engagement through B2B channels. Assess sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to spot business opportunities and suggest trade initiatives. Work with Sales, Marketing, and principals to roll out promotional programs, product campaigns, customer activation, and trade schemes. Track and assess trade marketing programs covering promotion effectiveness, ROI, sales uplift, and customer participation. Produce trade marketing materials and provide sales teams with promotional tools, product information, and campaign communication. Oversee trade marketing budgets and make sure programs are completed on schedule and in line with agreed objectives. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and collect market insights to refine trade programs and commercial strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, or related fields. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Commercial, or Channel Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, B2B distribution, or FMCG industry. Solid understanding of B2B pharmaceutical channels such as pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, or healthcare distributors. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret sales data, customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends. Experience in developing and executing trade promotions, customer programs, product campaigns, or sales activation programs. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI/dashboard tools is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Commercially minded, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple trade marketing initiatives at once. Willing to be placed at PT. Emos Global Digital
