Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Tenant Relation or Customer Relation within Building Management for Apartment. Diploma or preferably Bachelor's degree in any major. Requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with tenants and colleagues, along with solid negotiation, administrative, and problem-solving competencies. Must have a collaborative and creative approach, capable of working within a team and adhering to deadlines. English fluency is mandatory. Must demonstrate commitment to sustaining high service standards and possess proficient negotiation skills for diverse tenant-related scenarios. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Internet usage. Work placement located in Cikarang area, West Java. Responsibilities: Address all tenant inquiries and complaints. Ensure property services and facilities meet or exceed tenant expectations. Apply hospitality skills to improve the overall tenant experience. Manage tenant correspondence with prompt responses. Prepare and maintain tenant reports on a regular basis. Monitor and assess operational expenditure to align with the predetermined budget. Ensure tenants pay all billing components on time, including IPL, Service Charge (SC), and Utilities, with a main target of achieving 100% payment compliance across occupied units.
