Qualifications: • Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field • At least 1 year of experience as a Telesales / Telemarketing (fresh graduates will be considered) • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work toward targets • Proficiency in customer service, telesales, sales strategy, marketing, customer relationship management, and B2B sales. Duties and Responsibilities: • Conducting outbound sales calls to prospects or customers • Meeting assigned sales targets, compiling daily achievement records, and coordinating with the team to support the overall sales strategy • Building good communication and following up with customers until a deal is closed • Gathering information on customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. • Developing sales strategies and promoting our technology products.
