Responsibilities: Calling prospective customers via phone based on available database. Clearly presenting products, services, promotions, and benefits to prospects. Understanding prospects' needs and circumstances to offer appropriate solutions. Responding to questions and providing information to prospects. Following up with prospects who have already been contacted. Building effective communication and rapport with prospects. Recording the outcome of each call and updating customer data. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets as established. Coordinating with relevant teams for follow-up processes and customer service. Maintaining communication quality and delivering professional service.
