Qualifications: 1. Fresh graduate or no prior experience required 2. Minimum educational level of high school or vocational school equivalent 3. Responsible, disciplined, and possess good communication skills 4. Able to work independently as well as part of a team Responsibilities: 1. Greet prospective customers visiting the ADIRA branch office, then engage with them and inquire about their financial needs 2. Process required administrative documents and ask about the desired loan installment duration. If the customer is interested and submits the documents, hand them over to the Sales Officer, and that counts toward acquired customers 3. Follow up or make re-offers using the provided Adira database to pitch cash loan products to customers who have previously completed transactions at Adira
