Responsibility Duties include performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units such as cleaning, inspection, and component adjustments. Diagnose and identify issues within HVAC systems and carry out appropriate corrective actions. Carry out AC unit installation work in accordance with specifications and safety standards (split, cassette, duct, standing, etc.). Perform testing and commissioning of industrial/commercial AC units. Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies regarding the use of tools, materials, and safe techniques. Provide clear and accurate reports on completed work including recommendations for repairs and improvements. Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient and responsive customer service. Skills, Qualifications, and Required Experience Education: Minimum SMK / D3 in Refrigeration Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering. Hold a valid HVAC certification or license. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician with the ability to install, service, and maintain industrial/commercial AC units. Understanding of basic principles of electricity, electronics, and mechanics related to HVAC systems. Skilled in reading and understanding schematic diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications. Good troubleshooting capability and problem-solving skills. Able to prepare work reports (SPK) for clients. Sound understanding of regulations, codes, and safety standards related to the HVAC industry. Good communication skills both oral and written for interacting with coworkers and customers.
